Easiest Shredded Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

This shredded chicken is great for tacos, salads, sandwiches, and more. It can also be frozen for up to 3 months.

Instructions

    Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

    Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and place in the skillet.

    Add chicken broth to the skillet, cover, and cook for 10-15 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
