Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground turkey
- 1 (15 oz) can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 (15 oz) can corn, drained
- 1 (15 oz) can crushed tomatoes
- 1 (4 oz) can diced green chilies
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional toppings: sliced avocado, fresh cilantro, shredded cheese, sour cream

This soup is freezer-friendly and can be stored in airtight containers for up to 3 months.

In a large pot over medium heat, cook ground turkey until browned. Drain any excess fat.

Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Sauté until the onion is translucent.

Stir in black beans, corn, crushed tomatoes, diced green chilies, taco seasoning, and chicken broth.

Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
