Spicy Pork Noodles

Ingredients

  • 8 oz rice noodles
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Notes

Adjust the level of spiciness by varying the amount of sriracha to your taste.

    Cook rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

    In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add ground pork and cook until browned.
