Ingredients
- 8 oz sushi-grade tuna, diced
- 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon sriracha sauce
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon sriracha sauce (for spicy mayo)
- 1 cup cooked brown rice
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
- 2 tablespoons scallions, sliced
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
Notes
Feel free to customize with additional toppings like seaweed salad, pickled ginger, or edamame. For a low-carb option, substitute rice with cauliflower rice.

In a bowl, combine diced tuna, soy sauce, sesame oil, and 1/2 teaspoon sriracha. Mix gently and set aside.

In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise and 1 teaspoon sriracha to make the spicy mayo.
