Tater Tot Sausage Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 lb breakfast sausage
  • 1 (32 oz) bag frozen tater tots
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper

Notes

Can be assembled the night before and baked in the morning. Add vegetables like bell peppers or onions for variation.

    Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

    In a skillet over medium heat, cook sausage until browned and crumbled. Drain excess fat.

    Spread tater tots evenly in the prepared baking dish.

    Sprinkle cooked sausage over the tater tots, followed by shredded cheese.
