Tater Tot Sausage Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 lb breakfast sausage
- 1 (32 oz) bag frozen tater tots
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp ground black pepper

Can be assembled the night before and baked in the morning. Add vegetables like bell peppers or onions for variation.

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

In a skillet over medium heat, cook sausage until browned and crumbled. Drain excess fat.
