Tuscan Sausage Pasta
A creamy and flavorful pasta dish featuring Italian sausage, sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, and a rich garlic-parmesan sauce.

Ingredients
- 1 pound Italian sausage
- 8 oz penne pasta
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half.

Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, cook Italian sausage over medium heat until browned. Remove excess grease.

Add garlic and sun-dried tomatoes to the skillet. Sauté for 2 minutes.

Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.

Stir in Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Cook until sauce thickens.

Add spinach and cooked pasta to the skillet. Toss until spinach wilts and pasta is coated.

Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
